I paid for RealPlayer Plus but when I log in it still says free.
I need help with my account. I paid for RealPlayer Plus but when I log in it still says free. I checked the steps like erasing cookies and reinstalling Real player and it didn't work. I tried to log in with my Gmail and with my Real account which are both the same email. I also tried to link my gmail to my real account. Nothing seems to work.

Can you please let us know when you purchased RealPlayer Plus? Looking into your account, we see that you contacted us back in 2016 to cancel your RealTimes account which we did and refunded your charge of $49.99.

I paid $39.99 with debit card on 3/22/2020 it was posted to my bank account on 3/23/2020. I tried to log in with both emails I have, and they are both still free.
