My videos are in MP4 but still getting this error message...

  It is quite possible some codecs used within these MP4 files are not compatible with RealPlayer.

  Installing the K-Lite codec pack often helps to fix issues related to playback. You can install it from the link below:

  http://www.codecguide.com/download_k-lite_codec_pack_mega.htm

  After installing the codec, restart your computer and try playing the videos again.

  I downloaded all the codecs as per the link. Restarted but still the same error message - I tried several files to double-check.
