In that case, neither of the downloads advertised on the homepage (green or blue) are the solution? Both say "ad choices" rather than Realplayer solutions. I get regular Windows updates directly from Microsoft. I would not download anything that was not an update or fix for the application in question.

Please open one of your web browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge or Internet Explorer).
Go to the website you are downloading videos from.
Click the video and you will see a drop down button, clicking that will download your video (if available)

Same here....for the past 2-3 weeks I haven't been able to search or download any videos. Thinking it was my laptop, I rebooted my laptop & still it didn't work. So, I thought it was your program & I bought it again... my mistake in purchasing it again cuz that for sure wasn't the problem but you still took my money when I purchased it again.... what seems to be the problem w/ your program?

We will email you when you can search and download from Web videos, Until such time, you still search and download content using a Web browser like Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Internet Explorer..
