cloud space on roku
I am paying $4.99 each month to Real Networks. I have set up an account to use on Roku. On the tv set there is instruction to go to "real" website and enter the
current code letters. when I do this on PC computer I get message "you're completely out of cloud space. used 100%"
is the cloud space replenished each month by payment of $4.99 monthly?
if not, how much cloud space do I have for $4.99 ?
can I delete what is in cloud storage to make room for new files?

With your RealTimes monthly plan, you get 25GB of Cloud storage. Looking at your account, you have used up all of the 25GB storage. You will have to delete some files in your Cloud to allow new files to be uploaded.
The monthly fee of $4.99 is to keep your account active and have access to this storage. If you want to store more files in the Cloud, you could choose the 100GB monthly plan which is $9.99 per month. If you do want to upgrade, you will need to cancel your current plan and wait until the billing cycle ends and you should be able to subscribe to the higher plan.
Please note: As long as you upgrade within 30 days of cancelling your current plan, your files will still be intact.
