Downloader STILL not working

When is this going to work again!  It's been 3 days and some of us NEED to download things.  

I saw your message - that it isn't working due to CV virus but it seems like your tec support people should be able to figure this out.  

Hopefully, we will be able to use all functions that we paid for soon!

Thanks - just needed to vent!

  We are aware of Web Videos issue where you can't search and download videos. Our engineers are working on fixing it. We will email you as soon as it is resolved.
  
  Until such time, request you to use a web browser to search and download content.

  If you are already using a web browser and not able to download videos, please let us know.
