Unable to search, watch, or download videos.

Realplayer is completely unresponsive. Cannot watch anything except Now Playing.

Real Down loader does not word on MS Edge. The button shows up for the downloader. No video is ever found.

  We are aware of this issue with Web videos and our engineers are working on fixing it. We will email you as soon as it is resolved.
  
  Until such time, request you to use a web browser to search and download content.

  Can you please let us know the following information:

  1. Please go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Real\RealPlayer.

  2. Right click on videodl.exe and click Properties and then the Details tab.

  Please provide us with the version number you see there.
