Real Player file information

I want to know that when we are streaming a radio station or music, how we can tell if that stream is 2 channels or stereo.  It says that if you want to click on the file to find more details.  But when I click on it, nothing happens.  This we could do with Real Player cloud.  How can I find get more details on a file, or change the file's name before I start recording?

  This depends on the streaming content. We will not have a way to know this information. Would you be able to provide the sample URL of the streaming station so we could take a look?
