ac3 problem

just signed up to Real Player Plus.  Tried everything but can't burn dvds due to the message; end of file: error parsing ac3 audio stream.  How do I fix this?

  You can get this message if the video files have codecs built in that are not compatible with RealPlayer DVD Burn. You can use RealConverter to convert these files to MP4 (even though it is in MP4 format).
