IMPOSSIBLE DE TELECHARGER LA VIDEO

BONJOUR.

Je suis passé de  la  version gratuite Real Player  a  la  version payante et depuis  impossible de télécharger  une seule vidéo j'ai désinstallé et réinstallé et rien  ne  marche aussi je  vais  supprimer  définitivement Réal Player.

1990 j'avais déjà réal  Player gratuit et sa  marchais très bien maintenant le menu préférence ne parle  plus du téléchargement.

De plus  l’assistance  en  ligne est nul voila.

  We have noticed that YouTube is blocking videos from being downloaded at certain (random) times. There are other video hosting websites where you can still download videos from which suggests that the Downloader is still working and not broken.

  We don't control websites hosting videos so there is very little we can do to force our Downloader to download videos. We will continue to investigate if there are other ways to download videos from these popular websites but at this time our only request is to be patient so these websites allow videos to be downloaded again.

  However, if you are unable to download videos from a different website, please copy and paste the website address (URL) of the video that you are unable to download.

  Bonjours quelque soit la vidéo que veux télécharger quelque sois le site c'est téléchargement impossible apres 6 ; 7 ;ou 10mn ! ce n'est pas la peine d'avoir payé pour un abonnement play plus 24

  Abel,

  Can you please let us know the following information:

  Please go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Real\RealPlayer.
  Right click on videodl and click Properties and then the Details tab.

  Please provide us with the version number you see there.

  Could you also provide us with a sample URL that you are unable to download and the web browser you are using?
