downloads error message about 16bit configuration instead of 32 or 64
my downloads have been fuzzy and distorted for quite awhile. I have recently been getting an eror message about a i6 bit configuration instead of 32 bit or 64. I have seen that support for an older version of realplayer has been discontinued. Is this my version and what can I do to get the new version without losing my library.

Downloads had stopped working at all. A lot of my old downloads had come out distorted and out of sync with the audio. I think I got it licked by reinstalling realplayer. there was some problem with the configuration, but hopefully that solved it. some downloads I had done never showed up, but such is life. Thanks for your concern!
