I just recognized how the Polycom software got installed on my computer when I received a notification of another medical appointment with a physician at Johns Hopkins. Looks like I will have another virtual medical appointment in a week or so and software will get installed again. Hopefully the conflict with Real Player will be resolved before then.

  We will escalate this conflict issue to our engineering team. I am not sure how soon it would be fixed but in the meanwhile, if you can provide the Polycom software version, we can test it in-house and understand what is causing the conflict.
