Dropbox connection with ios realtimes mobile app.

I have tried connecting with my Dropbox account thru my realtimes app on my iphone following the directions given.  I have not been able to make a connection. Am I missing something?   Thanks,  Sam

  Are you seeing any specific errors when you link Dropbox to your RealTimes app? We just tried in on our end and didn't find any such issues.

  No, all I get is a message that Dropbox has no photos or videos; when in fact I have about 1000 videos in Dropbox.

  Can you please disconnect from Dropbox and re-connect to your Dropbox? If the issue persists, can you please send us a screenshot of the message?
