Playing DVDs

So I downloaded and installed RP, upgraded so I could watch DVD movies and now it just won't play them and it doesn't seem possible to get any technical support from RP to sort things out, can anyone help?? Please?!

  Have you signed into RealPlayer? Signing into RealPlayer will activate your Plus features which enables DVD Playback. If you are already signed in and see a star(*) before your name on the top right corner of RealPlayer, can you please let us know what happens when you play a DVD? Are you seeing any specific error message?

  I have signed into realplayer, there is a star in front of my name top right. I cannot let you know what happens when I play a DVD as no DVDs will play. Your question is a little frustrating.

  I can tell you that when I click on relplayer logo top left it brings up a drop down menu which includes "play" when I hover over that it brings up another drop down menu which includes "Play CD or DVD"

  When I click on Play DVD what happens is absolutely Jack ***t

  Screen stays blank and nothing happens, no error message just zilch, squat nada  ZERO is what happens "when I play a DVD" 

  Please make it work or refund me, thanks.
