How to download a video when Realplayer downloader does not work, ? 

for your information - before i upgraded ( i use the free version) I can downloader most of the musics but after I upgraded some of the videos I can't download it shows a message ' No download on this page' please help me to fix this problem.

secondary some of videos 'MP4' format that I can convert to 'MP3' but some of them I can't convert, please help me to fix this problem as well.
