Unable to log in -- blank login screen on windows
I just installed the latest version of Real Player. I have been an All Access subscriber for many years. I went to log in through my new installation (Windows 10) and am presented with a blank screen. I am logged in in another window, but there is no clear acknowledgement of that fact (it does not show my profile picture).
What can I do? I was hoping to use your video editor, but no soap.
When I go to play a new video created with Zoom it does not paint the picture properly.

Please follow these steps to resolve your Sign in issue.
- Open Internet Options from the search window.
- Click Advanced Tab and click Reset and click Reset again on the following Window.
- Under General Tab, click Delete in Browsing History and follow prompts.
- Close Internet Options.
- Restart PC and try again
If the issue persists, please let us know.

Are you saying that I should clear data in my BROWSER? I will do so, but I fail to understand how that will change the results in the Real Player application.

After reboot I went back to Real Player and tried to log in.
Same blank screen appeared. No change.
