can't find subfolders on a local ssd drive??

If I navigate to the subfolder on an alternate drive (H:\music\jazz) which is local. 

I can open the file with a double click through the OS association.

The file loads into the queue and plays but, it can not be imported into the library or saved or added to a playlist.  

I have changed the preferences to point at the alt. folder but, no. 

When I try to save the queue a message appears directing me to support after it's clicked the files appears to import then, a message says, No components were available to play the following clip: H.

  IF I select only 12 or less songs the option appears on the right click menu to "open," more than 12 songs and the open option is replace by the option to "add to library."  this function is not working.

  If you want to add this folder (H:\music\jazz) to RealPlayer, you can do so in Preferences. You can add this folder under Watch Folder under Preferences --> Library & Device Sharing,  so RealPlayer can pick up all files stored within this folder.
