i cannot burn cd

i cannot burn a cd because, " real player couldn't located a cd burner on your computer" pls fix for me...thank you

  Please insert a blank CD into your drive and see if Windows is able to detect the disk. If Windows is not able to detect it, RealPlayer will also not be able to detect it. Can you please confirm this?

  If Windows is not able to detect it, the problem is with the CD drive. It seems to be a hardware issue. You may want to get in touch with your PC manufacturer.
