Unable to sign in.

Every time I update to a new version of realplayer (Version2020)I have trouble signing in I have tried various times and I keep getting the following message Unable to log in now please try later if this keeps happening you may need to restart which I have done and I am still receiving the same message. Last time this happened I was told I would need to clear my history and cookies This messed me up and I can not do this again. Can anyone tell me if they have a number to call to speak to a Live person?
