I continue to receive this error message: "We beleive you are already a member of the follwing service, so we removed it from your order: RealPlayer Plus"

I continue to receive this error message after I have recently updated the application: "We believe you are already a member of the following service, so we removed it from your order: RealPlayer Plus".

Tried uninstalling and reinstalling from scratch … still didn’t help. Keeps prompting me to upgrade, and when I click OK, I get same response!

Contacted Real customer support, but without any luck .. No response!

Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

We see you have an active RealTimes Premium (with cloud)  through iTunes. You have access to RealTimes Premium plan on your mobile devices. You can access your Cloud files using the PC application. 

If you want to do, you will need to cancel the subscription with iTunes and subscribe directly with us.
