Can't open realplayer after aborted upgrade to 20/20
I have realplayer 18.1.20 PLUS. I began to upgrade to 20/20 until I received a popup alert that the PLUS features under 18.1.20, which I've already paid for, will be LOST unless I pay again for the PLUS features in 20/20. This is crazy, so I did not proceed with the upgrade to 20/20. I rebooted my computer, and now I cannot open realplayer at all. What do I do to get access to realplayer 18.1.20 plus again? Like I said, I can't even open realplayer. Should I uninstall and reinstall the program, and if so, I don't want to pay for PLUS again and I don't want to lose any of my current files in the library? Please walk me through the steps I should take.

If you installed RealPlayer v.20/20, you will need to upgrade to activate Plus features in RealPlayer v.20 as this is a different product with additional new features. If you don't want to upgrade, you will need to uninstall RealPlayer v.20 and install RealPlayer v.18. You can install RealPlayer v.18 by clicking this link.

Once you have installed RealPlayer v.18, you will need to sign into it to activate your Plus features.
