Real player Downloader
no videos found at that web address
I could download on my old PC but now I have windows 10 on a brand new PC and have also now a paid subscription but can't download anything ...not only UTube...even your test video doesn't download.
If this can't be resolved I would like to cancel my subscription and get a refund on the fee

Can you please let us know the following information:
1. Please go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Real\RealPlayer.
2. Right click on videodl and click Properties and then the Details tab.Please provide us with the version number you see there.
Could you also provide us with a sample URL that you are trying to download?

We were able to download this video without any issues. You do have the correct version of the Downloader. Can you please let us know the exact error message you get when you attempt to download this video?

I enter the url and the response is "unable to download"

Please reinstall RealPlayer from www.real.com. Please let us know if the same error still shows up.
