Can you please let us know the following information:
1. Please go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Real\RealPlayer.
2. Right click on videodl and click Properties and then the Details tab.Please provide us with the version number you see there.
Could you also provide us with a sample URL that you are trying to download?

You can't directly play videos from your PC to your TV. However, there are 2 options.
1. Connect your PC to your TV using a cable that supports both your PC and the TV.
2. Subscribe to one of our Cloud plans. Here you have 2 options.
- Upload your videos to the Cloud and then cast it to your TV using a web browser
- Or, if you have a Roku device, you can install RealTimes app and play your Cloud videos.
