Burning DVD

You requested that I convert my video to WMV. I have tried several times with no results. I receive a error message: WMV is not supported. It has been several months that I have not been able to deliver a DVD to the nursing home residents that sit and look at the walls for the most part. 

I request a response a week ago with no results about the convert to WMV. 

Please help............
