Upgrade!

I just updated to 20/20 and now nothing works. Should I uninstall everything and then reinstall. But will I lose all my videos?

  Can you please let us know what is not working? Uninstalling and reinstalling RealPlayer won't delete any of your videos as your videos are stored in your PC's hard disk.

  When I upgraded to 20/20 it would not open, so I uninstalled and reinstalled, and everything is working now. So glad to hear my videos are safely stored on my hard drive.
