Not downloading from YT

Real Player has stopped downloading from youtube and 1 or 2 other sites. I've followed all the recommended steps I can find. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the latest version as of today 15 July 2025

  If you are able to download this video, we feel YouTube is blocking you from downloading their videos. As a workaround, you can contact your ISP and ask them to provide you with a new IP address. Once you get a new IP address from your ISP, YouTube will detect this new IP address and think that you are a new user and shouldn't block you.

  I'm now encountering the same errors on both my laptop and PC, so it's not a Windows 11 issue. I suspect the downloads are failing because they haven’t been tested by RealNetworks. My system clock is auto-synced with Microsoft, which might be contributing to the issue. I've attached my screenshots for reference.
