How do you restart realplayer downloader, can't seem to find it now used to do it. can you let me know. michael ashworth

Just renewed my 24 Plus, have download it 3 times,but when I go realdownloader i keep getting the old screem asking for a URL does anyone else have this problem

I am using RealPlayer 24 Plus
Currently version on computer: RealPlayer Version 24.0.3.312

I checked for Update: I received "You have the latest available software from Real. Please check again at a later date".
In RealPlayer Preferences, Category pane, there is NO AutoUpdate option to check or uncheck. The AutoUpdate is missing in the Category.
Where can I find the latest version 2025.8.27.0 of RealPlayer to manually download and install RealPlayer and RealDownloader?Thank you.

Please go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Real\RealPlayer.
Right click on videodl and click Properties and then the Details tab.Please provide us with the version number you see there.

I'm experiencing the same errors on both my laptop and PC, which rules out a Windows 11 issue. It seems like the downloads are failing possibly due to the fact that they haven't been tested by RealNetworks. Since my system clock is auto-synced with Microsoft, that might be playing a role in causing the problem.
