Can't Download from Youtube

I have premium and can't download audio or video from YouTube. I used to be able to.

I have restarted PB and Internet connection. I have downloaded the latest version of Real Player and all updates. I have no firewall issues or conflicts.

This is the main reason I bought the Premium version today, which cost me $69.95 Australian.

  I just reinstalled latest version, can now download from youtube but cannot convert to mp3.
