Others supposedly received an email but no info was in the thread as to resolution.

I tried ALL of the fixes that were posted but nothing worked.

I'm on Realplayer 22 because that is the version I bought the upgrade and it was working fine.

I can log into the website directly with my credentials so it isn't my login. 

Also, realplayer is very slow launching and taking the username/password.
