  I'm having the same problem on YouTube.  It's taking longer to click the tab at the top.  When it finally does pop up and I click to start the download, the waiting to download takes longer than usual.  I'm getting a lot more "Unable to Download" after waiting to download.  This is the same problem that was happening three weeks ago.
