cant get the top centre down load button

I have a new 7 day old laptop, running windows 10 home, I have been through all the help pages reloaded Google Chrom twice, restarted the downloader in the tool bar twice if not more and I still do not have  th downloade button at the top of my screen, so itdificult to down load video's from the the web

  If the Downloader button is not showing up in your browsers each time you restart your PC, it is likely that either it is disabled in Windows startup or your firewall program is blocking it.
  
  To check if your Downloader is not disabled, please follow these steps.
  
  1. Open Task Manager.
  2. Click on Startup tab.
  3. Look for RealDownloader and all other Real components and make sure they are set to "enabled".
  4. Click Task Manager,
  5. Restart RealPlayer and open a browser.
