How do i change the thumbnail for my videos
I have uploaded my videos and the thumbnail is blank white. How do i insert a image of my choice?

If you have uploaded your videos to the Cloud, you can't insert a thumbnail to the existing files.
If you are having issues with the display for videos stored in your PC library, this is most likely an issue with Windows not displaying the thumbnails and not related to RealPlayer. If you see the same files in the folder where they are stored, you will not find a thumbnail. You can follow some of these instructions to fix the issue.
