This may happen if your DVD disk or drive is dirty or faulty. Another reason could be if you are trying to add a file that is not compatible with RealPlayer. What are the file formats of your videos that you are trying to burn?

The audio portion works well and the burning of those is complete.  The transfer begins and when finished, it closes and releases the disc from the unit. And it plays well in a cd player.  The videos, however,  transferring does not start, although the yellow wheel at the bottom turns.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled my 20/20 and applied the update features.  I am on Windows 10, and I think that there may be a problem with the configurations.  I have tried everything.  I have contacted Microsoft, and they went through my machine, and they say my equipment is fine and in great working order.  I have used different videos and different discs.  If you have someone that can come in and do a computer assist, that would be great.  They can go into my screen and would know what to do when they see what it is doing.  Other than that, I can't figure out the problem.  Any suggestions?  Maybe the 20/20 is not completely functional with Windows 10.  Would I need to go back to my older Plus version?  I thinnk I had 18.  The burns and such worked just fine with that.  Something in the 20/20 Plus version is not quite right.  I just don't know what it is.
