Download button does not appear

I am unable to to follow the instructions as i am not competent  with computers i am unable to find the task manage,start tab, and all of the instructions to fix this problem.I am 83 y.o.and have no experience with computers other than turning them on and a few minor operations, earlier this year i installed ver 18 and it worked great i went to ver 2020 by mistake and it was worthless for me i then went back to ver 18 again and the downloader tab does not show now i need help
