Downloading issues with Downloader

Problems with downloading any file from youtube.  It appears it is downloading and when it should be done, it completes with "Unable to download".

  Could you also provide us with a sample URL that you are trying to download and the web browser you are using?

  Perhaps you should change the directory example:

  C:/Real Player Downloads

  to download your video's.

  I had the same problem, and this stopped the error messages and allowed me to download the video's.

  Remember:

  You might have to set the download path again, after upgrading. see if this helps, it was suggested by CS team, and it worked for me
