Unable to download from Vimeo

I have RealPlayer Downloader version 20.0.5.307 and Firefox version 93.0. In the past I was able to download videos from Vimeo. Now when I attempt to download, the drop down appears, I click on Download the Video, it appears to download extremely quickly, the video is listed in the download list, but when you click on the video a message pops up "RealPlayer needs to download new software to play this clip.". I have the latest version. What can be done to correct this problem?

  This issue has been escalated to our engineering team. They are investigating why videos from vimeo.com can't be downloaded.

  I'm unable to unload Vimeo videos, as in Kathleen's case.  Has a solution been found?
