unable to download from other sites
I am having trouble downloading anime on the real downloader. I used to be able to download it on my PC using the older version of real downloader windows 8. but when I try to download using my window 10 Microsoft edge or chrome it says no video has been found or unable to download when I click to download this video using the real player web. with the older version of real download, I was able to download any videos from any anime or Asian drama website. why is it not working with the updated version?

Can you please let us know the following information:
1. Please go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Real\RealPlayer.
2. Right click on videodl and click Properties and then the Details tab.Please provide us with the version number you see there.
Could you also provide us with a sample URL that you are trying to download and the web browser you are using?
