Downloader recognizes video but doesn't download it

The little download floating button is there, but it doesn't come up to download the video.
I open up the program, click on the download with a link.
It recognizes it, I click on the download.
It disappears, but nothing downloads.
I'm using Windows 10 with Realplayer 20.0.6.304

  Can you please let us know the following information:

  1. Please go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Real\RealPlayer.
  2. Right click on videodl and click Properties and then the Details tab.

  Please provide us with the version number you see there.

  Could you also provide us with a sample URL that you are trying to download and the web browser you are using?
