Why link of failed video download is not kept to enable the repeat download of the same video?

  When a video fails to download or there is an interruption/paused, you can click the retry button which is like a half circled arrow mark. If not, you can simply refresh your web page hosting the video and attempt to download again.

  No retry button is available and the reason for my question. I am using Real Player 2020 on Windows 10 PC.

  We don't offer support in French. You can download videos from most popular websites such as YouTube but you will not be able to download from all websites which may be copyright protected even if you purchase a Premium version.

  The green redo button is not available and I am using RealPlayer Premium. 

  I am going to uninstall and re-install the software and hope the problem will be resolved.
