unable to download,downloding stops. downloading slow
the download button takes a long time to appear and then when i click the the download, the blue ciecle appears takes about a minute, then it say's video can not be download or it starts downloading the blue line starts running and then it stops and it say's unable to download, this dint hapened before,downloading is slow too, what 's the pont of paying for service not provided?

Can you please let us know the following information:
1. Please go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Real\RealPlayer.
2. Right click on videodl and click Properties and then the Details tab.Please provide us with the version number you see there.
Could you also provide us with a sample URL that you are trying to download and the web browser you are using? Lastly, what version of RealPlayer and Windows do you have installed?
