separate video screen

all of a sudden my video turns into a separate window and on my normal realplayer screen i have only audio. is this a setting problem ? and how can i correct this.

  We have never heard of such an issue. Can you please send us a screenshot of how RealPlayer looks when you play a video? Will help us better understand the issue.

  i have bought real player 16 plus  was a life time license, but later on they stop the support and moved to free version, i have bought for 39.99 pound in jan 2013. morally. they should allow plus features like cd/dvd burning and speed bits. i bought twice but these people rip off people by discontinuing the support and want us to buy new version with same bulshit to pay on-off for lifetime and after couple of years again do the same thing. so ironic.
