Video played at lower resolution

Hi, I have RealPlayer PLUS, when I play any video on RP it is shown at low resolution, while Windows Media Player plays any video  correctly at high resolution. I tried installing K-Lite Mega Codec Pack, althought it shouldn't be a codec problem, since both 32 and 64 bit versions of WMP show videos at high resolution, but nothing changed. I set "video card compatibility" setting on RP both on "best performance" and "most reliable" but nothing changed.

I have Windows 11 with latest updates and installed latest RP yesterday. What should I do?
