RealPlayer Downloader popup window can't edit captions
I just noticed this issue within the last week. The RealPlayer downloader feature will record or download a selected video post on Youtube, however upon attempting to edit the downloaded video title, the downloader window hangs, and will not close, will not exit and will not allow another download. What gives? I have used the RealPlayer downloader for many years, never encountering an operating issue like this. Present O/S is Win10, and accessing Youtube via Firefox browser, version 97.0.1 up to date. Has anyone else recently found or encountered this to be a problem? Any suggestions or advice, thanks.

Something may have gone wrong with the Downloader or RealPlayer's installation. The other reason could be something in your PC is conflicting. Either, please reinstall RealPlayer and let us know if the issue persists.

To Real CS, thank you for the suggestion you offered. I did as you suggested, prior to my entry here in the customer support forum, which I also thought that un-installing and then re-installing the RealPlayer application software, would have resolved the issue concerning unable to edit the downloaded file caption in the Downloader popup window. Unfortunately the issue remains, that once the video file is downloaded, clicking on edit the caption, does not open for editing and the the RealPlayer application hangs up, unable to close(end the application) unless I resort to killing it via Windows Task Mgr. I opened the RealPlayer application, and provide you with the version of RealPlayer that I re-installed. Here are the software version details - About RealPlayer, Win32, Version: 20.0.7.309 Distribution: T20END01 All the components that I viewed in the RealPlayer version pop-up window have the version 20.0.7.309. So that is what I have at present and the edit caption issue remains. My RealPlayer account has a subscription for the 20/20 Plus plan for PC only. I welcome any additional suggestions or advice you can offer. Thanks
