Downloader still not working
How do I get this to work? I have updated my downloader to the newest files. But when I go to youtube to download, all I get is "searching for video" and then it fails to load. I currently have 22 Plus. I even tried to upgrade to 25 Plus (because of the discount), but your payment page isn't working. I don't know what else to do. I don't even see an actual "contact us" page to submit a ticket. This sucks. After 20 years of Realplayer, I'm ready to trash it and uninstall.

I'm experiencing the same errors on both my laptop and PC, which rules out a Windows 11 issue. It seems like the downloads are failing possibly due to the fact that they haven't been tested by RealNetworks. Since my system clock is auto-synced with Microsoft, that might be playing a role in causing the problem.
