Did latest upgrade and now no longer can download
Did upgrade as suggested. Now I cannot do any downloads. Was working perfectly on every website until latest upgrade. Now completely useless. Why upgrade to non-functioning system. I have used real downloader for years, never a problem. How do I go back to program that actually works.
Please don't give me excuse I saw on someone else's question that Microsoft blocked your downloader. That was from a year ago. If this can't be fixed I will go to new program that actually works.
Why do tech people always feel the need to upgrade when it is working fine. Does anyone test these upgrades before sending them out. Maybe real people doing the beta testing instead of some engineer tech geek who doesn't knkow anything about the real world outside their office.
What a disappointment.

Can you please let us know the following information:
1. Please go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Real\RealPlayer.
2. Right click on videodl and click Properties and then the Details tab.Please provide us with the version number you see there.
Could you also provide us with a sample URL that you are unable to download and the web browser you are using? Lastly, what version of RealPlayer and Windows do you have installed?

I can't even sign into realplayer anymore since the upgrade so frustrating

Are you seeing any error messages? If the sign in window is blank, please "over-install" RealPlayer by going to www.real.com. Over-install simply means installing RealPlayer over the existing RealPlayer. When you go through the installation process, you will be prompted that RealPlayer is already installed, simply proceed with the installation when prompted.
