Did I Blow $25 for Nothing?
The real Downloader has been working perfectly, but a few days ago, it would no longer download YouTube videos. The downloader button would show the video and act like it was downloading, then say unable to download. So I updated, as suggested..no improvment. So I purchased the Express 25 package. Even worse. Now it does not even try to download. A YouTube icon comes up with Video Not Available. Tried everything. Wasted well over $25 in time with this crap! I'm about to dump Real and buy the YouTube upgrade.

Having the same issue, this is the second time too. Last time they told me to update RealPlayer, which I did and after awhile it worked...doesn't work now and I told customer service I am not paying to upgrade again, it's like they're ripping people off.
