unable to playback saved videos using Windows 8.1 and Google Chrome

I am unable to playback saved videos when I try to play a video from my Library Real Player responds with "A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available"

  You may run into this problem if the video format is not supported by RealPlayer. If you feel it is a regular MP4 format, please reinstall RealPlayer and try again.
