RealPlayer Downloader を使って YouTube から動画をダウンロードした際、保存されるファイル名が英語表記になってしまいます。
以前は、日本語タイトルの動画は日本語のままファイル名として保存されていましたが、1〜2か月ほど前から、英語表記で保存されるようになりました。
When I download videos from YouTube using RealPlayer Downloader, the file names are saved in English. Previously, videos with Japanese titles were saved with their original Japanese file names, but starting about one to two months ago, they began to be saved in English instead.

1. この現象は、RealPlayer 側の仕様変更によるものでしょうか。それとも YouTube 側の仕様変更の影響でしょうか。
2. ダウンロード時のファイル名の言語（日本語／英語）を切り替える設定項目はありますでしょうか。

1. Is this change due to a specification update on RealPlayer's side, or is it caused by a change on YouTube's side?
2. Is there a setting that allows users to choose the language (Japanese or English) of the downloaded file names?
3. If there is a way to save Japanese-titled videos with their original Japanese file names as before, could you please let me know how to do so?
