reinstalling

I uninstalled Realplayer because it no longer downloaded videos from Youtube. It always started but then froze.

I then tried to reinstall.

The PC downloads realplayer.exe, but won't install the program. A panel appears on the screen, but remains blank. I have to right click to close it.

P.S. I have deleted the temp files.

  Can you please go to C:\Users\<Your PC Name>\AppData\Roaming\Real\RealPlayer and attach the RealPlayer-log.txt file? This should indicate why RealPlayer is not installed properly.
