YouTube Still Not Downloading After Updating it 7 Days Ago
Dear RealPlayer
My downloader is still not working on YouTube 7 days since I updated it. I'm assuming you are still at work on fixing this.

What error message do you get when you download?
In the meanwhile, can you please let us know the following information:
Please go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Real\RealPlayer.
Right click on videodl and click Properties and then the Details tab.
Please provide us with the version number you see there.
Could you also provide us with a sample URL that you are unable to download and the web browser you are using?0 -

If you are still experiencing problems, please make sure you have the latest version of RealPlayer Downloader installed.
For older versions of RealPlayer (v.22 & v.20/20), an update will be released soon.0
