YouTube downloads

Like the others, I have not been able to download videos from YouTube for the last 2 or 3 days. It goes trough the motions and then I get the message "unable to download". I am on the latest version (25) and this is confirmed when I try to update. Last time I tried to download was 16:20 21/08/26, so problem has definitely not been resolved.

  Same Here Today is 24-Aug 2026.

  I have been waiting for 7 days for the support team to fix.

  Have tried every option that has been discussed here to no avail.

  Is the RealPlayer support team listening to all of us?

  Please keep us up to date and we wouldn't be complaining.

  I’m experiencing a very similar problem on my end. The downloader either can’t recognize the video at all or stops partway through with an “unable to download” error. Based on other discussions I’ve read, this tends to occur whenever YouTube updates something, which can temporarily disrupt Real Downloader.

  I’ve already attempted reinstalling and making sure everything is up to date, but the results are still unreliable—occasionally it works for a short time, then fails again.
